LMS: Moodle

Moodle is a free learning platform that helps you create effective online teaching and learning experiences. I wanted to explore what it has to offer for elearning teachers and students.

The interface appears to be similar to other LMS like Canvas. It depends on how you want to see your information organized. They both use blocks to organize classes, and a left hand navigation sidebar.

Moodle is built on a global community and it's open source.

Moodle offers a free download of their latest release. Everything they produce is available to download and use for free. I'll be updating this post as soon as I test out the software and design a sample course. Thanks for reading!
